In the Telecom market many products are seen as a commodity, like ‘water from the tap’. So what do clients do? They only compare prices. Especially in a market like this, it is a great challenge to maintain high added value propositions and build strong lasting relationships with clients.

Question
KPN is a company that can offer these state of the art propositions. Selling integrated solutions rather than products. To be able to succssfully continue this KPN asked Bolster to facilitate a Sales Boost event.

Approach
1 day and 1 night with the complete salesforce. The event was based on two core themes: Courage and Energy. With these themes, both the team and individual members are enabled to make successful steps towards their clients.

Result
A highly focused and eager salesforce. Hungry to be in the heart off the clients issues. Being able to co-create solutions together with clients. Implementing technology to help their clients serve their customers better.
Concrete deliverables a higher number of co-created proposals and an outstanding conversion rate.

Situation
The National Sustainability Conference is the largest paid conference on sustainability in the Netherlands. Over 700 participants visited the 11th edition, which was centered around leadership.

Question
The National Sustainability Conference was looking for a closing keynote speaker to shake up the 700+ audience, after speakers like Herman Wijffels and Ben Tiggelaar.

Approach
In our keynote we posed some strong statements on sustainability regarding the need of leadership and real action rather than talk. This was illustrated this with the story of our personal journeys, pictures and a movie.

Result
We enabled a very strong and lively discussion to arise in the audience. Participants took on the challenge to formulate 1 action to execute after the event.

Situation
AEX listed IT company Qurius opened their ‘insperience center’ after the appointment of their new CEO, Leen Zevenbergen, who is well known as motivational speaker and writer.

Question
Leen wanted to have a presentation to get the guests of the opening -top clients of Qurius- out of their seats.

Approach
Bolster held for a 60+ audience an interactive workshop, where we challenged participants to name their real dreams and formulate steps to execute them.

Result
Audience was high on energy and enthusiastic after workshop, Qurius asked us to repeat the event, now for their own employees.
